No. Collection Tiles installs as a Shopify app and renders through a theme app extension. You enable it once in the theme editor - there's no code to touch.
No. Your tile settings are saved to your store, so tiles render with the page rather than waiting on an extra server call. They're lightweight by design.
It's built to work with Shopify's standard collection grids and is tested against dozens of popular free and paid themes. If your theme uses unusual markup, our support team will help get it working.
The tiles stop showing and the configuration we stored on your store is removed. Uninstalling leaves your theme and products untouched.
Yes, you can fully customise where the tiles start, the order they appear in and how often they repeat. You can also set a tile to show once, or pin a tile to any position. After setting the order and frequency, our extension will loop through this order.
Yes. Each collection can have it's own frequency, sequence and tiles, so you can run different promos per collection.
Standard is a text/image/button promo tile available on every plan. Countdown adds a live countdown or daily cut-off timer (Essential+). Wide spans two product columns and Video plays a silent looping clip (both Pro only).
Yes, on plans that include scheduling. When editing a tile, enable scheduling and set a start/end window - the tile only appears on the storefront during that period.
